Restylane® in Philadelphia, PA
One of the more common dermal fillers we offer here at Main Line Plastic Surgery is Restylane®, which increases facial volume to smooth fine lines and wrinkles near the cheeks and mouth. Board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dr. Raymond D. Jean proudly offers Restylane® to patients in Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd, Bryn Mawr, and other nearby areas in Pennsylvania, as well as to those in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
What is Restylane®?
Restylane® is the signature product in the Restylane® family of dermal fillers, which also includes Restylane® Silk and Restylane® Lyft. Containing hyaluronic acid, it plumps the skin to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, particularly those that develop around the mouth and nose. Filling in these “laugh lines” will provide you with a younger-looking appearance that seems very natural, not artificial or overdone, as is often the case with some surgeries.
Am I a Good Candidate for Restylane®?
If you would like to smooth the nasolabial folds between your nose and mouth or restore volume to your cheeks, you could be a good candidate for Restylane®.
Planning your Restylane® Treatment
Let us know if you are considering any other dermal filler or would like to include Restylane® as part of a liquid facelift.* That way, we can schedule your appointment in a manner that will provide you with the best results in as little time as possible.
How is Restylane® Performed?
Dr. Jean will first determine how much Restylane® is required. This will depend on the degree of correction you need, the condition of your skin, and a host of other factors. He will then prepare a syringe containing a very thin needle, which is placed in one or more locations just underneath your skin. *Once the appropriate amount of Restylane® has been administered, you are then free to leave our office.
How Much Does Restylane® Cost in Philadelphia?
Medical spa procedures such as Restylane® are highly customized, meaning that a number of variables are used to calculate the price. In addition to payment through cash, personal check, and major credit/debit cards, we also accept CareCredit® financing. CareCredit® works like a credit card, offering low-interest rates and easily affordable payments to help you afford Restylane® on your terms.
What to Expect* after Restylane®
*The hyaluronic acid in Restylane® goes to work almost immediately, so you should notice some results right away. *Your skin will appear very smooth, as the gel’s consistency ensures very even distribution with little or no visible clumping.
Recovering from Restylane®
You may notice some redness near any of your injection sites, and may also experience some swelling once the hyaluronic acid begins to kick it. *This should not detract from your appearance in any way, as any redness or swelling that is present will likely be very mild.
